BTF in 2013: Daily Writing Tips | Express Yourself!

Shared this link at my Tumblr blog last year. Post includes a link to a specific post titled “The Word of the Year for 2012″.  Since this year is drawing to its close, it is likely another post will be published for 2013.  In the interim, I’m taking this opportunity to recycle a comment left behind at one of my favorite blogs by sharing it here at Dispensable Thoughts.  Hope you will be encouraged to not only follow my Tumblr blog, ExpressYourself!, but also the Daily Writing Tips blog.  My blog is freestyle opinionated babble with some information weaved into the thread.  DWT is a blog everyone should subscribe to, but especially writers.  It’s loaded with information!!  There is also a companion blog,, which is highly recommended.

  • MY COMMENTS:  “There was once a time when I had a house full of little people. Most of my children are grown now, except one of them. Were I to choose a word that represented the Word of the Year for any year when they were living at home, it would be “AS IS”, which stands for: “accidentally or suddenly, I screwed up!” The letter “U” being intentionally omitted so that it doesn’t point back to the guilty party. :)”
